Invitation to National Championships & Irish Cup 2025
On behalf of the Irish Taekwon-Do Association (ITA), we are delighted to welcome you to the ITA Irish Cup & National Championships 2025, taking place at the University of Limerick Sport Arena on November 8–9, 2025.
This event is one of the highlights of our calendar, bringing together colour belt and black belt competitors of all ages from across Ireland (and beyond) to showcase their skills in patterns, sparring, special technique, and power. The Irish Cup and National Championships provide an important platform for athlete development, fair play, and the spirit of Taekwon-Do, and we are proud to host it in one of Ireland’s premier sporting venues.
