Privacy Policy

When you submit the contact form, we use the name, email address, subject and message you provide to respond to your enquiry. The enquiry is stored securely for authorised ITA administrators and is not exposed publicly.

Administrator sign-in information is used only to provide secure access to the site’s content-management area. Authentication information is kept by the site’s secure account service.

The site uses necessary browser storage for sign-in, security, saved interface choices and your privacy selection. These functions cannot be switched off through the privacy selector.

With your permission, the club finder loads map tiles from CARTO, using OpenStreetMap data. If you choose location search, your search or approximate device location is sent to the location service only to find nearby clubs.

The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Most photographs and documents are hosted by this project. Links to social platforms, club websites and partner organisations open those independent services, which have their own privacy policies.

Enquiries are retained only for association administration and follow-up, and may be deleted by authorised administrators when no longer required. You can ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted by emailing admin@taekwondo.ie.
