Whether you're an instructor or a student looking to prepare for your first competition or your black belt grading or perhaps hoping to follow in the footsteps of these champions, we have an incredible opportunity for you.

Instructors - Coaching Workshop

It is also a micro credential earning credits towards the new Level 2 Senior Club Coach award being developed through IMAC and Sport Ireland. This will be open to all adult black belts who are currently coaching, assisting or helping to teach in an ITA club.

Coaches will learn to enhance the performance of the 6 competition breaks through the use of developmental exercises, technical progression and regression and video analysis. They will learn to identify and prioritise areas for improvement based on observation and analysis.
