On Sunday Sept 13th a training session took place for 6th, 7th & 8th Degrees, conducted by the ITA Technical Committee and hosted by Shannon TKD. The training focused on patterns, So-San, Se-Jong & Tong-il. It was a great opportunity for several of our senior degrees to meet up and train.
