The ITA board would like to congratulate the newly formed ITA women’s committee of Ms Anne Marie Kinsella VI Dan, chairperson, Ms Sarah Barry IV Dan, Ms Nicola Bergin IV Dan, Ms Rachel Kennedy V Dan & Ms Claire Ingham II Dan
Their key areas of work for year one will include:
Contributing to the implementation of the IMAC & WIS investigative study & preparing reports on this initiative for the ITA board
Implementing the ITF women in coaching projects for the ITA
Liaising with the IMAC WIS working committee to implement strategies for pathways to increasing female participation, coaching, officiating & governance
The ITA board wish them all the best with this exciting new initiative and look forward to working in harmony with them on the many projects that lie ahead.
