8th November 2024 – 14+ Colour Belts, Veteran Black Belts

9th November 2024 – Under 10 and 11-13 Colour Belts

Draws

Colour belt and some black belt pattern draws and point lists for special technique/power are available online, other black belt pattern draws will be made Friday evening. There are no changes/late entries to these draws and any competitor entered in the wrong category will be removed.

Sparring draws will be made following weight/height checks on Saturday and Sunday.

Competitor Registration for Colour Belts Age 14+ & All Black Belts

ALL Saturday competitors must present at the weigh in station and have their competition sticker scanned, not just sparring competitors.

ALL Saturday Competitors must bring a copy (screenshot or printed) of their competitor sticker so it can be scanned for competitor registration/weigh in, Saturday competitor stickers can be downloaded/screenshot at the following link, the file is with surname A-Z, the physical stickers will be available at team registration.

Friday

Weigh in 6pm-7pm in UL Arena

Saturday

Weigh in times:

8:30am – 10:00am

First categories start at 10am, competitors need to be at rings ready to start the first match at this time.

Sunday

All competitors for Sunday categories must immediately go to the ring as per the below attachments when they arrive, here they will receive their competition sticker from the umpires on the ring and be height checked. If a competitor is measured outside their height category, they will be brought to the top table by a ring assistant.

*All height checks will be done before the start of each time slot

Sunday has been divided into 2 different time slots.

Under 10

9am: Arrive and go to assigned rings per below attachments

9:30am: Height check closes

9:45am: First under 10 categories start

11-13

1:15pm: Start time for all 11-13 Blue/Red belts entered in Special Technique

2:00pm: Arrival of remaining 11-13 competitors and go to assigned rings per below attachments

2:25pm: Height check closes

2:30pm: 11-13 Patterns and sparring categories start

Umpires

All umpires must sign in upon arrival at the podium area. Any umpires not assigned to a ring can sign the additional umpire sheet and will then be assigned to a ring. The umpire meeting will take place at 9:30am on both days.

Coaches

Coaching passes will be made available during the day to clubs that have met the umpire quota.

Saturday: 1–7 competitors = 1 umpire, 8–14 competitors = 2 umpires etc

Sunday: 1–10 competitors = 1 umpire, 11–20 competitors = 2 umpires etc

*On Sunday all coaches must be 14-17 Blue-Black belt, no senior coaches allowed on the competition floor on Sunday.
