IMAC is pleased to announce the return of its Female Leadership Course, taking place across four Sundays in September and October 2026. Designed to support and empower women in sport, the course will cover key topics including leadership and values, networking and collaboration, resilience and crisis management, influencing skills, communications and personal branding, governance in sport, and change management.
The programme will be facilitated by Sarah O’Shea, Vice President of the Olympic Federation of Ireland, and Lisa Clancy, President of Paralympics Ireland.
The course will run online on 20 September, 27 September, and 4 October, with a final in-person session on 18 October 2026.
Previously delivered in 2024, the programme received highly positive feedback from participants. Places for the 2026 course are heavily subsidised through funding from Sport Ireland; however, spaces are limited.
