Train with World Champion Luke Woods

ITF Taekwon-Do World Champion, Mr. Luke Woods will be conducting a five week sparring course in Ashbourne Taekwon-Do Club, Integrity Martial Arts Academy, Ashbourne, Co. Meath. This course is aimed at cadets 13-17 years who are or plan to compete at national and international level. Mr. Woods will be concentrating on his own proven fight drills that brought him the ITF Taekwon-Do World Title in 2009. The course will cost €50 payable upon registration and consist of 10 hours training over five weeks as follows;
Saturday 18th September - 4pm-6pm
Saturday 25th September - 4pm-6pm
Saturday 2nd October - 4pm-6pm
Saturday 9th October - 4pm-6pm
Saturday 16th October - 4pm-6pm
