National Team Squad Training

The next training session for the National Team will take place this Saturday in Rivervalley Taekwon-Do Club, Rivervalley Community Centre, Swords from 11.00am to 4.00pm. The session is compulsory for all members of the squad travelling to New Zealand and is strongly recommended for those wishing to be considered for the squad at the 2011 European Championships. For those travelling to New Zealand, the session will continue the progress made at the winter camp. For those new to the squad and those rejoining the squad, it is an opportunity to train with other experienced competitors and understand what is required by the coaching team.

The timetable for the session is as follows
11.00am - 1.00pm Sparring
1.30pm - 4.00pm Patterns
The cost of the session is €10
