2010 European Championships Sweden

The ITF Ireland, Irish Taekwon-Do National Team, competed very successfuly in the European Championships in Sweden from 30th April - 2nd May. The team won an impressive haul of 14 medals, 3 gold, 4 silver and 7 bronze. Ireland finished 5th in Europe (see standings) and also had the best junior competitor in Europe won by Naomi Coonghe. Congratulations also to Richard Forde from North Mon who came 2nd in the overall standings for junior male.
