Mr. Brian Coughlan (V) commenced his Taekwon-Do training in 1993 & trained under the instruction of Mr. Kevin Kinsella (V). The majority of Mr. Coughlans gradings were under the supervision of Master Kenneth Wheatley (VII) Mr. Coughlan has completed many ITF International Instructor Training courses over the years including one memorable one with General Choi in Ireland in 1999 and also one with GM Rhee Ki Ha.
